I'm brand new to the world of photography. I've bought a point and shoot digital HP PW 460T camera, monopod, and head, extra batteries, memory cards, and a bunch of other stuff that goes with this equipment!This is my second book relating to photography. The first book is on editing. This book is all about digital photography and how to use your camera to get great pictures. This author, David Pogue is an award winning author and has written books on many subjects and this book is a very good book in my opinion. I'm also taking a online micro free photography tutorials with free tips and tricks. This is where this book comes into it's own. I've also bought a dvd on the introduction to photography. Being a newbie, I wanted to learn as much as possible to be able to use the equipment in the true manner in which it was meant to be used. This book will certainly help me get there! I should point out that this book is used and it shipped from my own home town! Thanks, Randy
